Location: Near one of our offices (Peoria, IL; Iowa City, IA; Des Moines, IA) with travel required.
Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Business Development Coordinator to drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This mid-level role offers room for growth and requires travel between locations and to new markets. Experience in the AEC industry is a plus but not required.
Your Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct market research and assist in lead generation.
Support proposal development and strategic partnerships.
Execute business development strategies and provide market feedback.
Travel to meet clients and support office expansion.
Qualifications
Mid-level experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
