Your Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing electrical engineering services on a range of projects across industries of healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial. Below are some additional responsibilities:
- Electrical design associated with commercial, healthcare, institutional and industrial projects.
- Attendance at client meetings as required for project coordination with building design disciplines.
- Project management duties for assigned MEP projects.
- Edit Electrical specifications utilizing Masterspec in MS word format.
- Prepare construction cost estimates for electrical and technology systems.
- Computer-aided drafting utilizing AutoCAD.
- Building Information Modeling utilizing Revit.
- Delegate drafting duties to CAD technicians and designers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- AutoCAD or REVIT knowledge is a plus.
- Understanding building construction processes and systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
