Designing a New Dialysis Treatment Center

OSF provides one of the most comprehensive neurological teams in the Midwest. They were seeking to add more providers and update the offices. The aging building needed aesthetic and MEPFP infrastructure upgrades. The building was required to remain as operational as possible while the work was being completed.
In order to keep the building operational, we completed the work in multiple phases. The project included an HVAC retrofits, including VAV dehumidification. Energy efficiency was increased through LED lighting and automated controls. The building automation system was upgraded to be on Direct Digital Control and was fully integrated with the OSF Main Building Automation System. The building fire protection and plumbing systems were upgraded for the newly renovated doctors’ suites.
