Designing a New Dialysis Treatment Center

The Peoria Easterseals location needed to modernize several interior spaces, as well as replace two of their existing, aging rooftop units. The location also needed to add heating to their therapy pool, as their existing pool was not temperature-controlled. The project needed to adhere to a strict budget, seeing as Easterseals is a nonprofit organization.
We kept cost at the forefront of our mind when making all project decisions. We designed a heating system for the therapy pool, ensuring comfortable, consistent water temperatures for their members and staff. Both existing, aging rooftop units were replaced with new rooftop units, helping to regulate facility temperatures. We also assisted in the modernization of several interior spaces by modifying MEP systems to accommodate the renovations. The Peoria Easterseals location now has comfortable therapy pool temperatures, comfortable air temperatures, and updated interior spaces, providing a better overall experience for the location’s members.
