The project faced significant challenges including a tight 12-month construction window and the need to replace the entire HVAC system in a building with limited ceiling space for new infrastructure. Additionally, the existing building’s structural limitations made it difficult to accommodate the new space plan, which called for taller ceilings and more open areas to enhance daylight penetration. The project also required a major upgrade to the technology infrastructure to meet the district’s 1:1 tablet-to-student goal.
To address these challenges, we selected a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC system, which efficiently fit within the limited ceiling space while providing modularity, better zoning, and flexibility for future changes. We designed a new cabling infrastructure to support the district’s technology goals and incorporated A/V technology to enhance the multimedia learning environment. These solutions ensured the project met the tight timeline and functional requirements while overcoming the existing structural constraints.
We will be glad to answer your questions.
We look forward to working with you.
