Corporate Office with Custom HVAC – Bolton & Menk

Our goal was to provide a new office building for Bolton & Menk’s Ames operations. The building would include private office spaces as well as communal workbays, conference rooms, and collaboration areas. The building needed to be set up in a way that wouldn’t inhibit expansion in any way, allowing for future additions as the company grows. They also had specific requests and desires for the HVAC system that they weren’t sure we would be able to achieve.
