The Challenge
Following the success of their original Peoria Heights restaurant, Brienzo’s Pizza set out to expand their brand with a second location in another area of Peoria. The new facility was envisioned as more than just another restaurant. It would offer a unique dining and entertainment experience featuring a full-service kitchen, arcade area, and enhanced site amenities. The project required the design of a new standalone facility that could seamlessly integrate dining, entertainment, and outdoor elements while supporting efficient operations and creating an inviting destination for guests and families.
KEDbluestone Solution
Building on the success of our first collaboration, KEDbluestone was proud to partner with Brienzo’s again as they expanded their presence in the Peoria market. We provided MEP/T engineering services for the new facility, designing systems that support both the restaurant’s operational needs and its guest experience. Our team coordinated building systems for the full-service kitchen, dining and arcade spaces, and site infrastructure, including new site lighting to enhance safety and visibility. Through close collaboration with the project team, KEDbluestone helped bring Brienzo’s continued growth to life, creating a vibrant new destination that expands the restaurant’s presence in the Peoria community.
