The Challenge
Cass Co. Memorial Hospital faced the intricate challenge of expanding and remodeling its facilities while maintaining uninterrupted patient care. This involved constructing a new two-story addition for inpatient beds, the emergency department, and the surgical suite, alongside significant infrastructure upgrades. Coordinating these extensive changes without disrupting hospital operations required meticulous planning and collaboration.
