Designing a New Dialysis Treatment Center

The Newman Center was showing its age after not under-going any updates since being built in 1967. Along with updating, the center was looking to expand in order to accommodate more people. They also needed to add an office addition to the building. Extra communication would be required to complete the job with minimal interference to the center’s schedule and planned events.
We prevented conflicts with construction by communicating with the owner and creating a work schedule around the needs of the center. Working closely with the architect, we were able to easily complete the office addition and expansion of the space. We designed the project to LEED Silver status. The expansion now allows the center to accommodate up to three hundred people when necessary, ensuring enough room for all who wish to attend the services.
