Heritage Health Senior Care Facility’s HVAC system was at the end of its life. The operating boilers were 50+ years old and beginning to have performance issues. We designed a new, modernized, and simplified HVAC system for the facility, ensuring ease of operation for staff. We also utilized slim-fit boilers, allowing for easy installation and fit in the space. As a result, Heritage Health Senior Care facility now has a modernized HVAC system, with state-of-the-art slim-fit boilers, and a simplified system that allows for easy operation.
