Summit Agricultural Group – Ames Airport Hanger

Summit Agricultural Group in Ames asked us to design a private hanger, including a space for the corporate jet to live, a small lobby for passengers to wait in, and office and conference room spaces to serve as a business-friendly environment for the Summit Ag team. Among the challenges for this project were a tight budget and corporate color specifications. Another big challenge was constructing a drain for the energized sliding door in the hanger to prevent freezing in the track.
