Designing a New Dialysis Treatment Center

Aupperle Construction purchased an old electrical distribution center with the intention of turning it into their new office. This brought unique challenges in that the building served an entirely different purpose previously, and all existing systems were outdated and complex. The client also requested that we include radiant-floor heating in our design.
We designed radiant-floor heating for added comfort in the space. All new MEP/FP systems were designed for the building after determining that the existing systems wouldn’t be viable. The office also required all new water service and sanitary, as the site didn’t have this previously. As a result, the Aupperle office was able to keep all of the historic, unique elements of the electrical distribution center while having all new MEP/FP systems for modern-day comforts.
